I like the way it came out too. I can't take much credit for the tone, as I think this experiment proves that the words one chooses (Obama's speech writers here) really set the overall tone of a piece of writing. I had some small part of keeping that tone with the way I combined the words, but their power really came out of his speech. I think the poem captures that. Success!A.E.
